Valeriia works closely with the CEO and team to identify opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, strengthen partnerships, and build the systems needed to support the company's continued expansion. She has a particular talent for turning ideas into action — bringing people, priorities, and moving pieces together to keep initiatives on track and make sure important things actually get done.

Valeriia brings curiosity, creativity, and an organized, systems-oriented approach to her work. She enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, finding connections across different areas of a business, and creating practical structures that help teams move from strategy to execution.
