James Braunscheidel serves as Vice President of Operations for Sustainable You, where he focuses on workflow development, project coordination, partnership management, and operational infrastructure as the company continues growing its sustainability and modernization platform.

James brings over 15 years of experience throughout the Washington DC-Baltimore region across both the commercial and residential construction industry. Prior to joining Sustainable You, he held leadership and project management roles with DWatts Construction, rand* construction corporation, and other firms focused on project delivery, operational coordination, and client-facing construction management.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with family, being around dogs, exploring new places, and keeping life centered around good company and simple moments.
