Stephen Benson is a proud Washingtonian and ward 8 resident with over 10 years of experience as a public safety first responder, specializing in crisis intervention, and over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, community outreach, and video production.

After hiring Sustainable You to put solar panels on his residence in 2021, Stephen decided to join the team. Recognizing the immediate financial and environmental benefit Stephen sought to empower more residents to join in helping to create a more climate aware community.
